BAAC, Buenos Aires Art Coworking, has been incorporated into the catalog of independent cultural spaces, created by Resolution N° 3631-MCGC/2019, corresponding to the qualification and control regime for cultural spaces, created by the Law N° 6063 and modified by the Law N° 6146, by which criteria of Cultural Protection of the activities developed by human and legal persons in the locales of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires are established and where they are allowed to implement: art gallery, dancing as a cultural activity ; to receive safely more persons according to the characteristics of the place; that bathroom can be unisex; permission for complementary activities such as offering food services, sale of cultural products and programming of various activities such as theater, recitals and exhibitions.
