Visual artists and objectors who join project BAAC may choose to rent their own coworking space of approximately 10 meters which in addition to being a space for work and experimentation, may also function as an independent point of sale, including services, offered by the institution, such as:

• • Visits of tourist contingens provided by the contracted inbound tourism agencies
  • Guided tours agreed with public and private institutions
  • Participation in art circuits
  • Institutional promotion on our website, on social networks and in the press and dissemination media
  • Management of contacts with buyers and collectors

In addition, BAAC will provide you with tools and resources, such as:

• • Work table
  • Professional lectern
  • Benches
  • Exclusive pools for washing materials
  • Deposit of works in process

The sales of works made by coworkers to the public will be on
their accounts and they will not pay any type of commission to BAAC

The coworking spaces will be rented for periods of one year and will remain
open every day (except holidays) from 9a.m. to 9 p.m.

The residences will have a variable duration between one and six months. Do not include tickets, housing, food or travel expenses. The resident can stay in BAAC all days (except holidays) from opening hours to closing hours.

The residences will include the following services:

  • Free access to all courses, workshops and events that will be held in BAAC during your stay
  • Planning projects alone or in conjunction with other artists
  • Participation in collective art exhibitions
  • Deposit of finished works in the back room
  • Deposit of finished works in the back room
